General questions

Does Sellio.ma cover countries other than Morocco?

No. The platform is built for the Moroccan market alone: cities, regions and compliance checks follow the map of Morocco, and listings from another country are not published. Direct link

Buying and selling

How much does it cost to publish a listing?

Publishing a sale or rental listing is free. You only pay to increase the visibility of a listing already live, or to move to VIP. Direct link

Can I sell an imported vehicle?

Yes, provided you state its import status in the description and the vehicle’s documents are in order. Direct link

Renting a car

Is a rental listing on Sellio.ma an online booking?

No. Every rental listing is a classified advertisement. The rate, duration, deposit and conditions are stated by the advertiser for information only. Everything is agreed directly with them, and the platform processes no rental payment. Direct link

Can I pay for a car or a rent through Sellio.ma?

No. The only payments accepted cover the platform’s own services: VIP membership, a dealership plan and listing promotion. Anything concerning a vehicle stays between buyer and seller, or renter and owner. Direct link

Dealership workspace

How do I open a dealership account?

Create an account, then request a dealership workspace from your dashboard. You will need to provide your business documents for verification. Direct link

What does the “verified” badge mean?

It marks an account whose legal existence has been checked by our team against documents. It has nothing to do with paying: a VIP account is not a verified account. Direct link

VIP and promotion

What exactly does VIP membership give me?

A larger listing quota, more photos per listing and an earlier display rank in search. VIP changes nothing about account verification: a VIP member is not a verified account. Direct link

Payment and billing

How do I pay for VIP membership or a dealership plan?

From your dashboard, in the plans section. The payment covers that platform service only; payment is never requested for a vehicle. Direct link

Reporting and safety

How do I report a suspicious listing?

Use the Report button that appears on every listing and pick the closest reason. A listing suspected of asking for an advance payment is prioritised by moderation. Direct link

A seller is asking me for a deposit, what should I do?

Stop the exchange and report the listing. Sellio.ma guarantees no payment between individuals, and an advance demanded before a viewing is the first sign of a scam. Direct link
